SWTCH Energy is hiring a fully remote Inside Sales Representative for the US West region, working in the Pacific time zone. The role combines coaching and mentoring SDRs with carrying a personal sales quota, managing inbound leads and full-cycle opportunities, maintaining CRM data and forecasts, collaborating across marketing, sales, and product, and evaluating sales technology. Candidates need a post-secondary degree, at least three years of sales, business development, and customer management experience, relevant industry exposure, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and Salesforce CRM experience.
