Description
The Inside Sales Representative supports Account Managers in the sales process, handles order intake and fulfillment, creates and tracks quotations, maintains customer and project data in the CRM, communicates with customers and suppliers, compares prices, prepares calculations, monitors delivery dates, and supports tenders, projects, and framework contracts. The role requires a commercial qualification or equivalent, IT affinity, strong customer and service orientation, German and English proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, and preferably ERP or CRM experience. The position is offered by SYS by FREICON in a hybrid home-office or office arrangement.
