Townsquare Interactive is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for an in-office role in Downtown Phoenix. The role owns the full sales cycle, sourcing and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting customized digital marketing and business management solutions, closing deals, managing the sales pipeline, and exceeding monthly sales goals. Candidates should have sales, customer service, or high-output experience, a hunter mentality, strong communication and organizational skills, resilience, and motivation to advance into leadership or senior sales roles; a BA/BS degree is preferred but not required.
