TÜV NORD Systems GmbH & Co. KG is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for full-time or part-time employment in Bielefeld or Dortmund. The role supports sales by coordinating sales activities, processing orders, managing quotations, invoices, claims, customer appointments, and customer information, while also supporting new-customer acquisition, customer reactivation, and sales campaigns. Candidates should have commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally inside-sales or customer-service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems. The position offers flexible working hours, location-flexible or home-office options, training, and benefits, and is limited to two years due to a maternity/parental leave replacement.
