West Shore Home is hiring full-time Inside Sales Representatives for its Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania call center. The role handles inbound and outbound customer calls, reconnects with previously engaged customers, schedules appointments for the In-Home Sales team, educates customers about home remodeling products and services, tracks interactions in Salesforce, and works toward performance goals. The position offers paid training, an hourly rate of $18.75–$19.75 plus a performance bonus, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
