The role involves developing new accounts through prospecting, networking, and referrals; supporting existing accounts and obtaining new orders; expanding the customer base; maintaining performance-plastics product knowledge; following up on leads; and conducting outgoing sales calls. Candidates should have at least two years of sales experience, strong math skills, customer focus, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
