SWTCH Energy is hiring a fully remote Inside Sales Representative for the US West region, working in the Pacific time zone. The role combines coaching and mentoring sales development representatives with owning inbound leads, managing full-cycle opportunities, meeting an individual revenue quota, maintaining CRM and forecasts, collaborating cross-functionally, and evaluating sales technologies. Candidates need a post-secondary degree, at least three years of sales, business development, and customer management experience, relevant industry exposure, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and Salesforce CRM experience.
