SWTCH Energy is hiring a fully remote Inside Sales Representative for the US West region, working in the Pacific time zone. The role combines individual full-cycle inbound SaaS sales with coaching and mentoring SDRs, pipeline and forecast management, CRM administration, cross-functional collaboration, and evaluation of sales technologies. Candidates need a post-secondary degree, at least three years of sales, business development, and customer management experience, relevant industry exposure, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and Salesforce CRM experience.
