Description
The Sales Representative (m/f/d) Inside Sales - Export Focus will provide direct customer support by phone and email, process orders for assigned countries and customers, monitor sales processes, handle complaints and credit/debit notes, consult customers on commercial and technical matters, and coordinate with specialist departments, sister companies, subsidiaries, and production sites. The role requires commercial training, preferably industrial clerk training, basic technical understanding, strong English, communication skills, and IT skills including MS Office and SAP. It offers permanent employment, flexible working hours, and the option to work from home.
