SWTCH Energy is hiring a fully remote Inside Sales Representative for the US West region, working in the Pacific time zone. The role combines individual quota-carrying inbound and full-cycle SaaS sales with coaching, mentoring, and supporting SDRs; maintaining CRM and forecasts; collaborating across marketing, sales leadership, and product; and evaluating sales technology. Candidates need a post-secondary degree, at least three years of sales, business development, and customer management experience, Salesforce and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and interest in clean energy and mobility.
