New Castle Building Products is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. The role prepares quotes and computer-generated work orders, processes customer returns, coordinates deliveries with dispatch, maintains product and material knowledge, purchases inventory, and maintains showroom stock. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, basic math ability, a fast-paced work environment, and a willingness to learn; prior sheet metal fabrication or metal roofing experience is a plus.
