Description
Aruza LLC is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina to serve as the initial customer contact for pest control and home service solutions, convert inbound leads, generate outbound sales, manage the sales funnel, and coordinate with field sales and customer success to support retention and service scheduling. The role requires strong communication skills, CRM and soft phone experience, at least 3 years of relevant customer-facing experience, and at least 2 years of sales experience.
