Description
Stonhard is hiring a Construction Sales Representative to identify construction bid opportunities, evaluate project specifications, develop alternative product solutions, and maintain customer and project records in Salesforce. The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$90,000, uncapped commission, on-target bonuses, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and flexibility to work from home when not meeting clients. Two or more years of related inside sales experience is preferred, along with construction-market sales experience, bid-software proficiency, CRM and Microsoft 365 experience, and a valid driver’s license.
