The role focuses on serving small business customers and private individuals, handling customer questions by phone and email, preparing and following up on quotations, maintaining accurate CRM and sales records, identifying renewals and additional-service opportunities, managing the sales funnel, and collaborating with account managers and service teams. The company seeks a customer-oriented, commercially minded communicator with customer-contact experience, interest in technology or fire safety, accuracy, organizational ability, basic Microsoft Office and CRM skills, and good English.
