Pavago is hiring a full-time remote Inside Sales Representative to convert inbound and outbound opportunities into paying customers. The role involves responding to leads, conducting follow-up, qualifying prospects, recommending solutions, preparing quotes, handling objections, closing sales, maintaining CRM records, and meeting sales targets. Candidates need at least two years of inside or phone-based sales experience, closing and objection-handling ability, strong English communication, CRM experience, and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
