BCS Stone & Cabinets Orlando Inc. is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound inquiries, online leads, quote follow-up, customer conversion, and order coordination for stone and cabinet products. The role involves prospecting, preparing quotes and estimates, recommending products, supporting basic design coordination, maintaining sales records, and working with internal teams. Candidates need at least two years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience, strong communication and closing skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities; stone, cabinet, kitchen and bath, building materials, blueprint, design software, and bilingual English/Spanish experience are preferred. The position offers a base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped commission, with typical first-year earnings of $55,000–$60,000+, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
