Weimer Bearing & Transmission is hiring a Technical Inside Sales Representative for its Des Moines team in the Standard Bearings Division. The role involves processing customer orders, preparing quotations, handling returns and expediting, serving as the primary customer contact, providing technical product solutions, learning product lines and applications, completing internal training, and building customer relationships. Candidates need at least one year of inside sales experience, strong communication and customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; industrial sales or power transmission product experience and Prophet 21 ERP experience are preferred.
