Description
The Inside System Engineer manages, monitors, optimizes, and maintains the company’s internal IT environment, including networking, virtualization, security, and virtual servers. The role provides third-line support for complex customer incidents, conducts risk analyses, ensures compliance, documents infrastructure, and proposes improvements. Candidates need 3–5 years of similar experience, knowledge of networking, virtualization and infrastructure such as VMware, and security solutions, along with strong communication, project-switching, and independent problem-solving skills.
