Reward is hiring an experienced Insight Analyst to analyse customer, market, and commercial data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations and executive presentations. The role requires at least three years of experience in an insight, commercial, or customer-insight role, strong SQL and Excel skills, storytelling ability, and the capacity to present to internal teams and clients. It is a permanent hybrid position with three office days per week and includes healthcare, pension, leave, and other employee benefits.
