HPC-Industrial is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee waste management and industrial cleaning services at customer sites or groups of customer locations. The role manages onsite employees, equipment, scheduling, safety and regulatory compliance, customer service, financial reporting, KPIs, and operational improvements. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of industrial cleaning experience including two years in management, and experience with industrial cleaning equipment. A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or environmental science is preferred.
