nexpera GmbH is seeking a qualified insolvency lawyer in Frankfurt to independently support standard insolvency proceedings and self-administration proceedings, including restructuring proceedings under StaRUG. The role involves direct communication with the insolvency court, preparation of expert opinions and status reports, managing information flow, handling correspondence independently, and supporting creditors. The position offers up to €80,000 gross annual salary, pension provision, bicycle leasing, 30 days of vacation, and mobile working with up to three days per week remote.
