Lockton is hiring an Insourced Risk Manager to support a major private equity real estate client in the Washington, D.C./Maryland area. The role provides corporate and national risk oversight for development and operational assets, coordinates with legal, development, acquisitions, and insurance teams, manages insurance claims and coverage programs, develops risk policies and governance, and supports enterprise risk initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of risk management experience, real estate and insurance knowledge, and the ability to work primarily from the client’s offices in a flexible hybrid environment.
