Description
Howmet Aerospace is hiring an Inspector/FPI Trainee at its Winsted, Connecticut facility to perform receiving, in-process, and final visual inspections of precision aerospace components, verify materials against work orders and engineering specifications, use precision measuring tools, document quality findings, and coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams. The role offers a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, shift differentials, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external hires, and medical, dental, and vision insurance. A high school diploma or GED is required, while related manufacturing or inspection experience is preferred; FPI training may be completed on the first shift.
