Description
The Inspector supports the quality of the assembly process for rapid-deployment equipment, mobile tactical shelters, air-mobile containers, and palletized systems. The role performs receiving, in-process, and final inspections against specifications, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions; takes measurements with precision instruments; identifies defects and unsafe conditions; and follows safety, housekeeping, waste-handling, and quality procedures. The position requires familiarity with hand tools and inspection techniques, MS software, computer and quality aptitude tests, teamwork, reliability, and flexibility for all shifts, overtime, and weekends; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
