Eaton is hiring an Inspector - 3rd Shift to perform assembly inspections and electrical testing on transformers and regulators at its Lincoln Ave, Waukesha, Wisconsin plant. The role includes ratio, resistance, continuity, VFI, CT, hipot, impulse, power factor, load loss, and core loss testing, visual inspections, oil sampling, test-equipment maintenance, documentation, and shop-floor problem resolution. The core schedule is 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with overtime potentially mandatory, and the position pays $24.45 plus a $2.50 shift premium per hour. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible applicants, and the role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, and the ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.
