Description
ARCXIS is hiring a Field Inspector to verify newly constructed homes for HERS, ENERGY STAR, federal incentives, utility programs, and other compliance requirements. The role performs field inspections and diagnostic testing at residential development sites, coordinates with field coordinators, superintendents, subcontractors, and city inspectors, communicates deficiencies, and travels daily to multiple job sites. The position requires a high school diploma or AA degree, construction or field experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to conduct multiple inspections per day. It offers a training wage of $20 per hour, followed by production piece-work pay estimated at $50,000–$80,000 annually, plus health, dental, vision, retirement, and travel benefits.
