Description
The Manufacturing Inspector performs visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts, raw materials, and received parts against customer specifications and engineering documents. The role uses measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, borescopes, and gage blocks; enters inspection results into an ERP system; writes nonconformance reports; and maintains a clean work area. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of manufacturing inspection experience, GD&T knowledge, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a noisy production environment.
