Description
The role performs detailed visual and dimensional inspection, disassembly, borescope inspection, balancing, assembly, flow testing, and engine testing of aircraft engines and components. It also prepares engines for dispatch, maintains safe and clean working conditions, completes work documentation, and follows quality, safety, environmental, and engineering procedures. The position requires an engineering apprenticeship, relevant certification, human factors training, a Form 1 holder qualification, an engineering background, industry experience, basic hand-tool ability, precision-measuring and torque-device skills, and familiarity with engine publications and quality documentation.
