RPO is hiring a Coating Inspector to inspect and verify optical coatings on precision components for defects, contamination, and coating characteristics. The role includes visual and measurement-based inspection, documentation, quality-records maintenance, component handling and cleaning, and escalation of nonconforming conditions. It is an entry-level manufacturing position with structured on-the-job training, requiring a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience, and strong attention to detail.
