Description
The role inspects installation, maintenance, and removal work on transmission and distribution pipelines and oversees contractors performing such work. It includes operating and maintaining tools and equipment, preparing inspection and job reports, investigating customer orders and emergency situations, reviewing invoices, and responding to low-pressure calls, leaks, fires, explosions, and other pipeline emergencies. The position requires relevant pipeline experience, knowledge of applicable standards and safety procedures, basic computer and arithmetic skills, an applicable driver's license, and the ability to work in varied field conditions.
