Description
The Inspector (Civil/Structural) serves as the Client’s site representative for civil and structural construction supervision, inspection, quality assurance, contract compliance, health and safety monitoring, documentation, and handover activities. The role verifies that works, materials, testing, schedules, and contractor activities comply with approved designs, specifications, codes, and project requirements, while coordinating with engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. A bachelor’s or diploma in civil or structural engineering, mandatory SCE certification, and at least eight years of relevant construction supervision and inspection experience are required; aviation, large-scale infrastructure, GCC/KSA, and local code experience are preferred or desirable.
