Description
The Inspector I- LFP is an entry-level, non-exempt manufacturing role reporting to LFP Production Supervisors. Responsibilities include complying with standard operating procedures, inspecting ROSA diagnostic tests, loading tests on manual and automatic loaders, maintaining a safe work environment, adapting to shifting production-line priorities, and reporting line or product issues. The position requires strong verbal and written communication, the ability to lift up to 10 pounds, visual inspection of lateral flow strips, and occasional computer and packaging-machine operation. Preferred qualifications include basic English vocabulary, 1–2 years of GMP manufacturing experience, Microsoft Windows and Excel familiarity, and English/Spanish bilingual ability. The work schedule is 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with occasional overtime, and the pay range is $16.00 to $20.77 per hour.
