Description
The Inspector/Packer is responsible for scrap, efficiency, and product quality on a product line, inspecting and packing bags according to specifications, verifying box and tote counts, reporting defective products, maintaining 5S and sanitation standards, learning all bag specifications and machines, completing documentation, and assisting with training. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, no prior experience, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; on-the-job training is provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and the employer offers medical, vision, dental, 401K, and EAP benefits.
