The Manufacturing Operator inspects parts, operates printing, trimming, and finishing machines, packages and labels products, maintains a clean workspace, collaborates toward daily goals, and reports quality, safety, or equipment issues. The role offers day-shift pay of $16.50 per hour, night-shift pay of $16.50 plus a $2.00 differential, a $500 new-hire bonus after 90 days, and a 2-2-3 schedule with built-in overtime.
