Description
DFM Development Services LLC is hiring a part-time, 1099 Inspector-Property Condition Assessment (PCA) to conduct PCA inspections independently and as part of teams, collaborate with other field inspectors, complete high-quality PCA reports, and identify proactive improvements such as energy efficiency. The role reports to the Director of Environmental Compliance, requires knowledge of PCA inspections, strong report-writing and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and residence in the DC/MD/VA area.
