Description
The Inspector 2nd Shift inspects aircraft and components for discrepancies, evaluates maintenance and rework work, interprets maintenance manuals and airworthiness directives, performs receiving and weight-and-balance inspections, verifies logbook entries, and releases aircraft for flight operations. The role requires an airframe and powerplant certificate, at least two years of experience maintaining the same category and class of aircraft used by Kalitta Air, documented training, and the ability to travel.
