Description
The Inspector - 3rd Shift works in the OSC QC Hangar to inspect aircraft and components, evaluate maintenance and rework, verify compliance with maintenance manuals, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and FAA regulations, and release aircraft for flight operations. The role includes visual and dimensional inspections, weight-and-balance analysis, receiving inspections, inventory control, logbook completion, and oversight of aircraft handling activities. It requires an airframe and powerplant certificate, at least two years of experience maintaining the same category and class of aircraft used by Kalitta Air, documented training, and the ability to travel.
