Michigan State University’s Department of Forestry is hiring a full-time, 12-month fixed-term Assistant Professor (Ph.D.) or Instructor (M.S.) to teach and advise students in the Hybrid-Online M.S. in Forestry. The role is based in East Lansing, Michigan, with a 90% teaching and 10% service assignment, including approximately seven classes per year and primary student advising. Candidates need an earned M.S. or Ph.D. in forestry, natural resources, environmental science, or a closely related field, along with a demonstrated record of teaching, training, or mentoring.
