NetApp is hiring an Instaclustr Solutions Engineer to lead technical strategy for greenfield and installed base accounts, partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions, conduct demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, and manage stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong open source and data platform knowledge, technical leadership in team-selling environments, and at least 5+ years of experience; a computer science degree is preferred but not required. Compensation is listed as an OTE range of USD 174,250 to 225,500, with a benefits package that may include health, life, retirement, PTO, leave, stock purchase, and RSUs.
