Blasius, Inc is hiring an Install Assistant in Vassar, Michigan to support scheduled installation and service work at job sites. The role involves assisting the lead installer with safe removal and installation of products such as countertops and backsplashes, completing installation paperwork and delivery receipts, maintaining vehicle and job site cleanliness, and providing customer/dealer communication. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of trade-related experience, strong mechanical, measurement, communication, organizational, and basic computer skills, plus a valid unrestricted driver's license with chauffeur’s endorsement and a clean motor vehicle record.
