Description
The Installation Analysis Engineer performs FEED, studies, detailed design, analysis, calculations, and procedures for complex engineering tasks, including offshore installation activities such as jacket and topsides erection sequences, loadout, construction lifts, weighing, fabrication-yard items, crane and rigging arrangements, and trailer operations. The role interfaces with design, drafting, engineering, fabrication, procurement, and document-control disciplines; prepares design reports, checks drawings and vendor submittals, supports procurement, and supervises trainee engineers. It reports to the Manager (Construction Support Engineer) and requires a bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or a related engineering discipline, 3–8 years of oil and gas experience with a major contractor or consultant, and familiarity with applicable standards, codes, and guidelines.
