Description
The Installation & Service Technician installs, services, and troubleshoots drive-thru communication systems, security cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and access control systems. The role also manages job documentation, communicates with customers, ensures systems are operational before completion, follows safety and standard operating procedures, escalates issues as needed, and maintains inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate has a technical background in electronics or automation systems, is customer-focused, can work independently, and enjoys solving problems in the field.
