KI is hiring an Installation Coordinator to support the go-back and punch-list process from initial installation paperwork through project completion. The role assists regional managers, factory and project managers, and customers; processes replacement orders; verifies SAP/BPCS entries, part numbers, quantities, and BOMs; tracks go-backs; creates product specials; and supports space-planning corrections. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service, administrative, or related experience, and proficiency with BPCS, Tenrox, Salesforce, and Excel, along with knowledge of floor plans, blueprints, and the installation process.
