Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Installation Engineer to support European semiconductor equipment installations, primarily in Germany, Ireland, France, and Italy. The role involves independently installing, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning mechanical, electrical, robotic, and other equipment; coordinating with customers and senior engineers; reporting installation status; and participating in continuous improvement projects. The position requires a technical master's degree, troubleshooting and project-management skills, English communication, MS Office knowledge, and approximately 75% travel throughout Europe. Full equipment training is provided through mentoring, and the salary range is €38,400 to €52,800.
