Frimex is hiring an Installation Manager to lead its refrigeration and climate technology installation division of approximately 32 employees. The role manages project quality, scheduling, safety, profitability, customer satisfaction, processes, personnel development, and financial performance while contributing to the company’s strategic direction. Candidates need higher professional or university-level ability, at least five years of comparable management experience in a technical project organization, experience with retail or short-cycle refrigeration or climate projects, and experience managing larger teams.
