Description
The Installation Supervisor manages the installation function and a workforce of employees and subcontractors, coordinating installation schedules, job-site quality, resources, equipment, safety, production data, and worker grievances. The role also supervises, hires, trains, assigns, evaluates, and disciplines employees, while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Candidates need prior building-supplies industry experience and either a one-year college or technical school certificate or three to four years of related installation experience.
