Description
The Oswald Matt Group is hiring a permanent Installation Manager to lead the installation of modular buildings and container systems from technical planning through customer handover. The role coordinates schedules, costs, subcontractors, quality, and compliance; leads installation teams and works on site; interfaces with project management, customers, and trades; and manages documentation and defects. Candidates need construction-sector training, turnkey project experience, installation leadership experience, strong German, a Class BE driver’s license, and willingness to travel within Germany. The position offers a 39-hour workweek, vacation, training, and other employee benefits.
