Big Ass Fans is hiring an Installation Project Services Coordinator in Lexington, Kentucky. The role coordinates the full installation lifecycle for Big Ass Fans products, from sale through completion, including scheduling, contractor and customer communication, project documentation, technical issue resolution, scope and change-order management, quality review, and invoice processing. A bachelor's degree is required; electrical or mechanical contracting experience is advantageous. The position involves managing multiple projects, working independently and collaboratively, and using systems such as Salesforce, Dispatch, Work Orders, and the Installer Network.
