Description
The Installation Supervisor will independently prepare and manage refractory installation projects, supervise teams of 1 to 30 people, plan resources, coordinate repairs and troubleshooting, support commissioning and dry-out operations, maintain HSE and QA/QC standards, and serve as the primary customer contact. The role requires at least three years of experience in the refractory materials sector, a forklift operator license, and willingness to travel throughout Italy, including Brescia and Terni.
