The Residential Installation Technician evaluates customer needs, designs and installs smart-home security systems, tests equipment and signal reception, educates customers, recommends improvements, and maintains safe and clean job sites. The role requires customer focus, technical aptitude, strong verbal communication, a valid driver's license, and a high school degree or equivalent; electronic trade school training is a plus.
